Centre One is located in the central zone of Lonavala, a popular hill station. The design attempts to offer tourists a proper retail experience in the busy marketplace. The building is stepped back from the street to create a large front garden that invites people to get off the street.
Two floors of shopping/office space can be approached through a large verandah and have full visibility onto this garden. Each shop is designed with a mezzanine floor, toilets and a large show window.A multi level restaurant is located at one end, with its own terrace garden.
