DESIGN

This large residential development is planned in the newly developing suburb of Bhayander, in the northern part of Mumbai.

We have developed a complex of 4 buildings with a mix of 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments. The buildings are 20 floors high, with four levels of parking above ground approached through number of ramps.

The apartments are thoughtfully planned with the end user in mind. All apartments have an L shaped living/dining space with an attached balcony. Bedrooms are small but have niches for cupboards, leaving the space free for beds and other furniture. The half bedroom in some apartments can be used as a study or an extra/children bedroom.Several areas of recreation (at various levels) have been thoughtfully planned out for the residents of this complex. The main open air podium is kept free of vehicular traffic to allow the residents maximum space for recreation.The terrace is also developed as a sky garden with a walking jogging track. All the wings are interconnected at various levels for easy horizontal communication.
