When the global real estate giant Tishman Speyer launched their first project in India, they brought on board the team that understood what they wanted and could deliver in the Indian market. We led the Interior Design consultancy services for the Waverock Bar Building.
As part of these services, we have designed over 70,000 sq ft. of Interior spaces that include a 30,000 sq ft. Incubation Office and 41,000 sq ft. of building amenities spaces such as the Food Court, Retail areas, Fitness Center and Property Management Suite.
In addition, our team has also provided Test-Fit services for potential tenants of various sizes ranging from 100000 sq ft to 360000 sq ft.
