Yashodham Enclave is a midrise residential complex in Nagpur. The complex has a residential tower and a clubhouse.
The tower is designed to have a variety of apartment types, with garden apartments on the ground floor, 2 and 3 Bedroom apartments on the typical floors and lavish penthouses on the top two floors.
Each apartment also has two large terraces, attached to the living room and the master bedrooms. Altering the location of the terraces on alternate floors and having diagonal bands connecting the parapets creates a striking façade. The tops of the wings are capped off by pergolas shading the larger terraces of the duplex apartments.
