Nestled in the lush surroundings of Mumbai, India, AM Naik Tower lies along Saki Vihar Road.

AM Naik Tower needed to be designed and constructed in a very short time. Connect Four designed over 4,68,000 sq.ft. of interior space that includes 3,93,000 sq.ft. of office space and 75,000 sq.ft. of amenity spaces such as cafeteria, gym, creche, multipurpose hall and library. Inspired by the extent of L&T’s industrial footprint in technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing and finance; this concept looks to precise geometrical and contemporary environment as a way to reference L&T’s background.

The vast and spacious lobby is designed to create a light filled and welcoming experience for the user. It features comfortable and ample amount of lounges for the users and the double height lobby further adds to the natural light making the space feel more grand and lively.

The entire tower features gathering areas to suit a variety of needs ranging from private conference rooms to soft seating and café tables for informal meetings and variety of well-equipped workstations and cabins for team leaders. The design remains focused on catering maximum amount of natural light to flow through the spaces by having workstations placed towards the facades and enclosed cabins and cubicles towards the core areas.
