Viraj Tower is a very exclusive residential building with large 4 and 5 BHK apartments. They are being developed as 'environmentally conscious luxury apartments'
The focus of the design was to offer a luxurious alternative to the middle class housing market in Thane. The apartments have large open decks off the living rooms. Each bedroom has an attached bath and dressing area. The building is 23 storeys high and has a striking fully glazed eastern facade. There are recreation areas at the podium, refuge floors and a club and swimming pool at the terrace level.
