Rustomjee is a large reputed real estate company in Mumbai with premium projects across the country. As a part of a quantitative research assessment, Rustomjee had honed in on positioning their brand towards families and children. The umbrella corporate brand identity ‘It’s thoughtful. It’s Rustomjee’ had to be translated to the product level and also to create a relevant communication theme.
A universal concept theme was developed which identified the building space as a ripe environment for learning and development to take place. Using the multiple intelligence platform, a multi-sensory centre for learning has been developed as a part of their township project. This centre focuses on providing children the best environment for multiple intelligence stimulation. Play equipment, toys, games and innovative rooms have been developed keeping in mind the age appropriateness and optimum level of stimulation required.
While this theme is being implemented across all Rustomjee projects, it is also being used in communication through advertisements, website, sales materials and exhibitions. We were involved in creating and executing brand experience platforms to bring the unique brand promise to life at every touchpoint.
